The buckles were our original cause of extreme wear. Because of this, they were changed to be mounted on the pole, and at a distance that prevents the buckle from hitting the saddle. As they wear, they stretch and will need to be replaced. This one is nearly stretched to the point of causing damage. AND is considered worn beyond safety standards as well.
