Liquitex Modeling Paste, which contains marble dust, can be used as a permanent filler which when dry is sandable, paintable and waterproof. Use the same tools to apply to areas as with spackle.
Since it is water soluble, it can be cleaned with water until dry. It is also non-toxic, and an easy medium to use. (5516 E 473 ml). Since it dries
very hard and permanent, keep your tools washed or in a container of water.
Bondo may be used but is more toxic and has an odor.
