Oliver's Pride is one of the aromred horses on our carousel. He was the favorite horse of Bill Oliver, who once owned the carousel, and who played a big role in keeping the carousel in Spokane.

Bill Oliver passed away just a week after the re-opening of the carousel at Riverfront Park. During his funeral, the carousel was operated at half speed while the building was closed to the public. Oliver's Pride had the honor of wearing a beautiful memorial wreath on his saddle in memory of his old friend.
