This horse was one of five horses that were restored during a workshop given by Bette Largent in 1996. The students named the horses to help them decide on the colors. Rocky was painted by a student from Sunnyside, WA and another student from Michigan. These students went on to paint their own horses, and to help in other carousel community projects.
